Two ways to redeem a campaign

BC Game Bermuda promotions can use Bonuscodes or Bonuslinks. A Bonuscode is a string entered manually in Bonus, while a Bonuslink opens a campaign route after login.

Either format can carry wagering, expiry, account-level, one-user or verification conditions. The reward is confirmed inside the profile rather than by the message that originally contained the code or link.

Bonuscodes and Bonuslinks are separate from First 4 deposit selection, even though all three can create promotional balances.

Where Bonuscodes and Bonuslinks can appear

BC.GAME can distribute promotions through its social channels, campaign announcements, Telegram/community activity, the forum and time-limited events.

A promotional page linked from BC.GAME can also contain the redemption route. The current Bonus area remains the place to see what actually attached to the profile.

A code found in an older screenshot should not be assumed active simply because the characters are still visible.

How to redeem a Bonuscode

Sign in to the intended profile, open Bonus and locate the redemption field at the top-right.

Paste the complete Bonuscode exactly as issued, including symbols, then select Redeem Code.

Read the confirmation, reward amount, expiry and any wagering condition. If Rollover is created, open Avatar > Wallet > Rollover to see the remaining amount.

How to use a Bonuslink

Open the campaign route, sign in through a verified BC.GAME destination and read the eligibility or reward message after the link is applied.

Then confirm the actual result inside Bonus, Wallet or Rollover. That in-profile status is more useful than the text of the message that delivered the link.

Bonuslinks can be subject to the same kinds of account-level, one-user or verification restrictions as manual codes.

Why a promo code can fail

Common messages include Expired, Claim limit reached, Level requirement, Already claimed, Wrong code format and Campaign restriction.

A level requirement or previous-claim restriction is an eligibility condition rather than a typing problem. Re-entering the same code does not change it.

Wrong code format, by contrast, can indicate that characters or symbols were omitted when the code was copied.

What to send Support

A useful redemption request includes the exact Bonuscode or campaign name, a screenshot of the error, the approximate UTC time and the source where the promotion appeared.

Add the profile UID or current level when Support requests it or the error is directly related to eligibility.

Do not send a password, live Authenticator code, seed phrase, private key or recovery phrase. Those secrets are not required to verify a promotion.

Bonuscodes can have their own wagering

Receiving free coins or a campaign reward does not automatically make the funds immediately withdrawable. A redeemed reward can create a Rollover requirement.

Open Wallet > Rollover to see the remaining amount and expiry when the campaign creates wagering.

Contribution can vary by campaign, so First 4's 45x, 40x and 10x figures should not be copied onto an unrelated Bonuscode.

First 4, Bonuscode and Bonuslink compared

First 4 is selected during Deposit as Casino Bonus or Sports Bonus and follows the four-deposit structure. Bonuscode is entered manually in Bonus.

Bonuslink uses a campaign URL that can attach eligibility or a reward after login.

All three can lead to promotional balances, but their activation route and conditions are not interchangeable.
